Business Philosophy / Commitment to Quality
At VehiCare we understand that virtually anyone can sell you oil, filters, lubricants and repair parts. What everyone cannot sell and deliver consistently is quality service. Our company culture revolves around quality. Give the customer what they are paying for and make sure they get it every time we touch their equipment.
Training
We test and train all of our new hire Technicians to insure that they understand the quality commitment we have to our customers. All new Technicians are assigned to a 'Tech Mentor' who is responsible for showing the new hire the 'VehiCare Way'.
Audits
Technicians performing Preventive Maintenance Inspections are audited, unannounced, at least once per quarter. The results of these audits are shared with them and any necessary coaching and training that is identified is provided. Audit results are considered at the Technicians' annual review and evaluation.
We understand that our customers often have more than one choice when it comes to a fleet maintenance provider. We constantly strive to be the 'premier provider' in the cities in which we do business. When our customers think of VehiCare we want their first thought to be quality.
