Repairs

While we understand that Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) are the foundation of any good fleet maintenance program, we also know that repair work is sometimes necessary.

Repair Identification
Identifying needed repairs before the component fails is key. 'Breakdown Maintenance' is very expensive in more ways than one. Emergency roadside service prices are generally a premium rate. Tow bills, driver down time and missed deliveries all have big costs involved in them. When VehiCare is performing your PMI's we will identify components and systems that may be in need of attention.

Repair Notification
After a PMI is performed and repair items identified, VehiCare will notify the customer of work needed. Customers can choose to have the work estimated (for bigger jobs) or designate a pre-set dollar limit that we automatically repair items as long as the dollar limit is not exceeded. We can handle communication, approvals and scheduling for repairs however the customer desires, phone or e-mail.

Facilities
All VehiCare locations have multiple bay shops and the capability of handling virtually all repair work up to and including engine swings, transmission, clutch and differential replacement. All locations have a variety of electronic engine diagnostic capability. All locations are also certified to do complete air condition repair.

Technicians
VehiCare employs many ASE Certified Technicians capable of handling virtually all repairs on Class 5-8 equipment. VehiCare is committed to ongoing training with our Technicians and we use both internal and outside (purchased) training.
