VehiCare® Service Warranty
Providing you notify the local office of VehiCare® promptly, before any repairs are conducted, if within sixty (60) days of our service, you encounter the breakdown of any function of the vehicle or equipment that is caused by the service provided by VehiCare®, VehiCare® will at its option, repair, rebuild and/or replace the damaged part(s). VehiCare®'s liability is limited to those service items requested by the customer as outlined in the "Service Plan" developed by VehiCare® for the Customer. Equipment or parts manufactured by others but furnished by VehiCare® will be repaired or replaced, but only to the extent provided in the original manufacturer's guarantee and subsequent inspection by an authorized VehiCare® Manager and/or agency, of the damage is required prior to any alteration, repair or removal of the damage. If this condition is not met, the foregoing warranty shall be void.

The foregoing states our entire warranty obligations, which are in lieu of all other warranties, including warranties of fitness or merchantability or otherwise, express or implied in fact by law, and state our entire and exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy for any claim of damages in connection with the sale or furnishing of services, goods or parts. None of our employees or agents are authorized to make any warranty other than that which is specifically set forth herein. The provisions in any specification or chart issued by us or attached hereto are descriptive only, and are not warranties. VehiCare® will in no event be liable for any consequential damages whatsoever, including vehicle rental, hotel/motel cost, towing, downtime or lost profits, arising from the sale or furnishing of services, goods or parts.

Baldwin Filter Warranty
Baldwin warrants each new Baldwin filter properly installed in a recommended application to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the filter service interval recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Any Baldwin filter found upon inspection to have failed within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge, and if the filter damages the engine or machinery on which it is installed, Baldwin will repair and restore the engine or machine to the condition existing prior to such damage.

If you are ever advised by a servicing dealer that your warranty can be affected by the installation of a Baldwin filter, obtain that assertion in writing and forward immediately to the Vice President - Marketing at Baldwin for proper action.

THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES UNDER LAW ARE EXCLUDED. BALDWIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BEYOND ENGINE OR MACHINE REPAIRS AS STATED ABOVE.

Bumper-To-Bumper Chevron Delo® Protection
Chevron Products Company guarantees that Chevron Delo 400 Heavy Duty Motor Oils, Chevron Delo Gear Lubricants, Chevron Delo Trans Fluid and Chevron Delo Greases EP will meet or exceed the performance needs of all U.S.- and foreign-manufactured equipment.

  • Chevron Delo 400 Heavy Duty Motor Oils coverage includes all U.S.- and foreign-manufactured diesel and gasoline engines. As a plus, this warranty will remain in effect for Delo 400 used in extended drain maintenance programs endorsed by engine manufacturers. You will be protected from any oil-related failures at manufacturer-endorsed extended drains.
  • Chevron Delo Gear Lubricants and Chevron Delo Trans Fluid coverage includes all U.S.- and foreign-manufactured manual transmissions, axels and wheel hubs when installed in class 8 (GVW of 33,001 pounds and over) trucks or other vehicle class applications where use of a GL-5 gear lubricant (or SAE 50 engine oil) in transmissions is acceptable.
  • Chevron Delo Greases EP coverage includes all U.S.- and foreign-manufactured, heavy-duty automotive equipment.

Chevron will pay for any damages (parts and labor) to your equipment that are directly caused by a breach of this WARRANTY. Such WARRANTY shall not extend to components operated in excess of design limitations, not given normal preventive maintenance or the use of other products that may affect the performance of Chevron lubricant (including after market additive treatments).

Should you experience equipment failure, Chevron's WARRANTY PLUS technical support team will work with you to help determine the cause of the problem. If it's not the fault of the lubricant, we'll assist you in resolving your claim with the responsible party.

To make a claim under this WARRANTY PLUS, present records showing that the equipment was serviced at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer. You'll also be required to submit a lubricant sample from the failed equipment.
